BEN`S TIPS of the Day 14.7.20

There were a few punters feeling hard done by yesterday and
I was one of them. Noddyolder became my third horse in 2 days to refuse to
enter the stalls which is some achievement in itself. The front running Love
Dreams was held up and not asked for an effort before Mayson Mount got shafted
by the snail pace which seems a certainty on the all weather these days.

                I’m
disillusioned with midweek punting at the moment so I am only having one punt
today and that is SPIRITOFTHENORTH up
at Ayr. Kevin Ryan’s charge pushed the classy Manaabit close at Beverley last
time out and she has since won a very competitive race at Ascot. That form is
rock solid and you would expect him to come forward for that run so with his
three year old allowance taken into consideration you have to think he has an
outstanding chance to go one better today.
